| I Would Describe Myself As | 'm a classically trained chef with 5 years of college and 22 years in the hospitality industry. I started from the bottom and worked my way up to be an executive chef in a 1300 room hotel. I've decided to diversify myself and become a general manager of a very busy 600 seat restaurant in downtown Toronto. My goals are set high and so far I've achieved almost all of them.
