I am looking for my best friend for now, then we will see where things go. I think my perfect match is someone who is completely honest. They have to accept me with my good and bad, although there is more good. I have a wicked dry sense of humor. They have to accept that my boys (young adults) are very important to me and share a big part of my life right now, although they won't live home for ever. I am more content with what I have than what I don't have. I hope I find someone I can share my interest with and learn theirs. I am a very sincere, caring person. I accept people with their differences. I am not judgmental. I find this very difficult. After being divorced for 10 years, I find it is time to jump in the saddle again. In the past I have enjoyed many things, but being alone limits what I have enjoyed. It's time to find someone to enjoy things with. I love walks, music, dining out or just staying home. I am just as comfortable in jeans and tee shirts as I am in a dress and heels. The first thing I do when I come home from work is kick off my shoes. I love to go bare foot. I work hard and enjoy the simple pleasures in life. I love to cook and could spend hours in the kitchen or relinquish the cooking to you. I love to sit by a fire with a good book or just listen to the wood crackle, watching the flames dance. I love just sitting on my front porch on a Sunday morning and read. My idea of fun. Horseback riding is #1 on the list, but I haven't had anyone to ride with in years. I enjoy quiet days at the lake listening to the water, taking a spin around the lake in a kayak, although I'm not a marathon kayaker. I enjoy going out to a movie or just stay home for one. I love to cook a good meal or go out for one. I will watch a football or baseball game on TV and know what is going on, still in the learning curve.
