I'm quiet, caring, sweet and romantic. I'm dedicated and loyal to the people I care about. I'm intelligent and have a good (if sometimes a bit sarcastic) sense of humor. The friends I have are very good, close ones but I don't have very many. That said, there's very little I wouldn't do for the people I care about. I'm a bit shy with new people, until I get to know you. I love writing & photography, and I'm an avid reader. And yes, I admit it, I've always been a bit of a geek, preferring reading, writing, and spending time with my friends to sports and other 'macho' things.

That's what I am - here's what I'm not. I'm not big on the whole party scene, nor much of a sports fan. I'm not a player, and I don't have much tolerance for people who are. Finally, I'm not looking for someone who wants to play games.

I want someone who has some idea of what she wants, whether it's a friendship or more. I've gone the rounds before with friends on whether they want a friendship or more, and I'm tired of the back and forth. After a while, the "We're such good friends I don't want to risk losing that" line gets old and tiring. I guess mostly I'd like to find someone who can appreciate me for who I am.
