Well I grew up in the old country in the small village of Bratslavich on a dairy/fish farm. My father was was incapacitated at an early age thus our family strove through tough times coming together like no other. After the potato famine in 1980 my parents smuggled us into the New World where we lived in the New York for the following 10 years. It is there that I got my education as a chartered accountant and have been investing and brokering funds for companies such as Shivesh Turbans, and Jenswis' Bagels. It was there that I discovered my true love for bagels. After hearing about the fine bagel industry here in Montreal I realized in a moment of truth that I had to come and stake my independence. It is here that I combined that long time passion of delicious baked goods and my years of study into the dream that has become my life.
